I've used Paint Shop Pro version 7.04
but assume other versions will work too.
Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro Here.
Super Blade Pro Preset (Tinsel) HERE.
Click on Page 2, insert username e password which is on the site in bold and search for the TINSEL Preset.
Unzip into Super Blade Pro/Environment & Textures folder.
The Goldbeads filling I've used HERE.
Unzip into a folder where you know you can find it.
1) Open the image that you will be framing, duplicate it
- Shift+D - and close the original.
Open the Goldbeads and minimize it.
2) Change your background colour to white.
Add a 5 pixel symmetrical border.
Select it with your magic wand.
Change your Styles box to Pattern, choose goldbeads and floodfill the border.
Effects/3D/Inner Bevel Round Preset. Select None.
3) Add a 10 pixel symmetrical border.
Select it with your magic wand.
Effects/Plugins/Flaming Pear/Super Blade Pro.
Search for the nk-Tinsel Preset and apply but change
the Bmp value to 34. Select None.
4) Add a 20 pixel symmetrical border.
Select it with your magic wand.
Effects/Plugins/Flaming Pear/Super Blade Pro.
Search for the nk-Tinsel Preset and apply but change
the Bmp value to 58.
5) Effects/Artistic Effects/Topography
width=65, density=69, angle=0, colour=#A22F1A
Effects/3D/Inner Bevel with following settings:
Width=30, Smoothness=30, Depth=5, Ambience=0,
Shininess=5, Intensity=40, Elevation=38, Angle=315.
Select None.
6) Repeat point 2 and 3.
7) Add a 25 pixel symmetrical border.
Select it with your magic wand.
Effects/Plugins/Flaming Pear/Super Blade Pro.
Search for the nk-Tinsel Preset and apply but change
the Bmp value to 51, apply the same Bevel as in point 5.
Select None.
8) Repeat point 2 and 3 and your're done.
If you wish you can add a corner of your choice.
